Crysis 3 is a video game first-person shooter being developed by Crytek and published by Electronic Arts for Microsoft Windows , PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 . It was released on February 19, 2013. This is the third main game in the series Crysis , and uses the engine CryEngine 3 . The game is set in the city of New York , now more open and more natural variety of scenarios in the 2047.

The story of Crysis 3 is set in 2047, 24 years after the adventures of Alcatraz Island in New York in Crysis 2.
